The High Fort is surrounded by tight security, making it a tough place to breach, but that’s where the fun begins. As a DM, you’ve got plenty of narrative tools to play with:
Let your players sneak in through the mountain
Have them discover a hidden cave at the back
Or bluff their way inside as humble merchants

And even more concerning... the fort hides a portal connected to the Storm Fortress itself.
No dwarf in the Empire knows it exists. But maybe, your party will.
